Every project is catered to with site-specific management plans, refined by our internal HSE Manager and systematically monitored via monthly audits.

A requirement for all sub-contractors is to undergo stringent pre-qualification interviews and have some form of pre-qualification such as SiteWise.

All workers undergo site specific inductions and briefings related to that specific project.

All workers are provided health & safety training as well as a H&S Manual. Ongoing training is provided as Continued Professional Development (CPD), in order to increases the individuals knowledge, understanding and experiences for their specific role within our organization.
