The contract works involved here was a major upgrade throughout the store.
This consisted of new structural steel supports to revised lengths which incorporated a customer order pick up room, electrical upgrade, new kitchen units, wall panelling and new flooring.
Seismic upgrade of existing high-level services was installed including fire, mechanical, CCTV and electrical elements.
Decoration both internally and external plus new signage completed the works package.
