The existing three-level building was constructed on a sloping site with reinforced concrete floors, structural steel and timber elements with existing brickwork facades. The development of the office building works included the extension of the existing upper intermediate floor, development of the ground foor, including the addition of an external door including lowering and levelling off the floor.
A new trussed roof with continuous spouting was installed as well as timber decking and the interior fitout was also completed.
