The 71 Gloucester Street project was a new build of a 3 storey office buidling, and the area was approx. 1300m2. Being that these were twelve high end offices, each office had their own amenities and pre-made kitchen units.
Construction was challenging due to the neighbouring properties having scaffolding on the boundaries, which mean risks of undermining the neighbouring properties when we were completing the excavation of the foundations. Careful planning around sequencing had to be implemented to ensure the programme was met.
