Compromising four blocks of mixed retail outlets, that consisted of Restaurants, offices, café’s, Childs Day-care, Gym, hairdressers and automobile shops. The blocks were made up of Extensive use of Pre cast panels, Structural steel, long run roofing and aluminium joinery. Large canopies adorn the footpaths to provide the customer with protection from the elements as they transverse from retail to retail.  Siteworks incorporated artist designed feature statues in prime locations that enhanced the exposed river pebble mixed footpaths, a mixture of asphalt and cobbled roading and large oblesik like street signage completed the siteworks.
