The BMW Mini Showroom project consists of the refurbishment of an existing two storey building at 106 Moorhouse Avenue, Christchurch into a BMW and Mini Showroom. Comprising of removal of external precast panels and installing curtain walls, removing drycore floor panels to create an atrium ceiling, forming an external car ramp onto the first floor level, installing new concrete floors and electrical, date and plumbing fit out.

 

The project is due to be completed December 2018.
