This project consists of a two-level commercial office building which has been purpose-built for the Bank of New Zealand. The construction of the building was completed in January 2012.
High spec exterior finishes were required which included wall tiles, Trespa cladding, perforated aluminium cladding, Litecrete precast panels, aluminium louvers, aluminium cladding, a glazed canopy and exterior glass finishes.
The fitout for the Bank of New Zealand was completed in April 2012.
