Watts & Hughes were invited to tender for the Seismic retrofit and fire upgrade of the existing Countdown New Brighton Supermarket.

The scope of works included painting, electrical, emergency lighting, security, glazing, suspended ceilings, converting an existing sliding door into an internal egress door, installation of new galvanised hanging rail system, installation of edge flashings and one rain head, concrete crack repairs and expoxy injections, uplift existing vinyl tiles and supply/install new vinyl tiles, new fire sprinklers and new fire alarm systems and formwork.
