This project consisted of a 1000m2 extension to the existing Dress Smart shopping centre. The project was very demanding as the construction was undertaken whilst the existing shopping centre remained operational. There was a large amount of co-ordination required between the centre management and existing tenants to ensure a disruptive construction period and trading period was achieved whilst ensuing the public remained safe at all times. The extension comprised of Demolition, Structural steel, pre cast and iron roof and cladding.
