This project consisted of the refurbishment/upgrade of the existing Fresh choice into a new modernized store.

The scope of works included new flooring, new lighting, structural steel, fire doors, stainless steel benches, walk in beer chiller, fridge freezer upgrades, concrete works, carpentry, wall protection, plumbing services, cash transfer system, tiling and fire protection.

This was a challenging project due to the store continuing to be operational and not closing until 12AM. Staff and sub-contractors worked around the clock to insure deadlines were met.  The work was completed two weeks ahead of programme which benefited the client on the basis that the refurbishment was complete before his busiest trading time of the year.
