The building is a colonial styled toilet block featuring two disabled toilet cubicles. An environmentally friendly Devan septic tank system has also been provided.

The external cladding is painted timber weather boards and painted metal roof sheeting has been used on the roof. A utilities box has been added to the rear of the building to house the septic tank controller, blower box as well as the main electrical supply box.<br.
The cubicle walls are lined with Resco compressed laminated sheets, they have painted villaboard ceilings and vinyl on the floors.

This project was completed as per the agreed construction programme and to budget. The client was very happy with the completed project.
