Jet Park Hotel features a 250 person multi-storey conference complex and an additional 60 new guest rooms (“The Tower” above the conference centre) providing 45 Deluxe Twin rooms, of which 4 are wheelchair access rooms and 15 Executive King Rooms all with modern and state of the art facilities for the hotel and conference centre complex. A garden, pond and wetland area with native planting was developed adjacent to the centre.  The new building was seamlessly amalgamated into the existing hotel even though it’s a standalone structure. The Jet Park Hotel business remained in full swing during the almost 18 month  construction period.  Watts and Hughes successfully completed the build in a timely fashion.  More than 70,000 man hours have been spent on the new hotel and conference centre complex with the highest safety and quality standards achieved.  Watts & Hughes built the original Jet Park Hotel, adjacent to the new structure, more than 17 years ago.  A true testimony to the lasting relationships the construction firm holds with its valued clients. Jet Park Hotel Fitout consisted of painting the exterior of the existing hotel and the fitout of the new conference complex and 60 new guest rooms, including mini-bar, modern bathrooms with howers.
