The general scope of work comprised of upgrading the external appearance of the existing KFC Restaurant including removal of the front tower, a new entry with canopy, totems added, some new feature cladding and the utility area modified.
Internally, there was a new counter and upgrade to the restaurant décor including toilets. There were changes to the pack line position and other minor mechanical work. Completing the upgrade was new site signage and a tidy of the landscaping.
