MBIE was a fast track fitout based on level 2 of 351 Lincoln Road in Addington. Watts & Hughes remit was to carry out fitout works to one floor only, inclusive of stairwell and amenities upgrades. Most of the first fix services were already in place and Watts & Hughes had to alter these to suit a new layout configuration.
