Watts & Hughes has been selected as the main contractor to carry out the addition of 74 new apartments & associated communal facilities to the existing ‘The Bayview’ on Waihi Road in Tauranga.
The stage 2 development consists of construction of Blocks 4 and 5 comprising a total of 74 Apartments and approx. 1600 square metres of communal facility to include café, bar, main lounge, cinema, gym, pool and crafts workshop.
