On a newly purchased green fields site of some 3400m2 -South of Auckland, now sits  5000m2 of the newly designed and built Ngakoroa School.

An ambitious design in pedagogy spaces and offering a wide range of facilities make this one of W&H Flagship’s educational projects of 2022.

The property offers three new buildings, Administration & Library, a Teaching Block, a multi-purpose hall, Pavilion & Specialist Hub.

The buildings are orientated around a central courtyard with multiple outdoor breakout spaces that lead onto sports fields and hard-surface dynamic sports courts. Grounds are landscaped throughout with native planting commencing from the car park, entrance walkways and beyond.
