This contract provided a new animal welfare centre located at Silverdale, serving North Shore City and Rodney District Council.
Significant additional earthworks and a number of variations were added to the original contract but these were accommodated within the original programme. In addition other time savings were made such that practical completion was obtained on June 1 and approximately two and a half weeks ahead of programme.
