Fantail Block Alerations. The works include the internal reconfiguration of existing spaces to create breakout space, upgrade and reconfigure the toilets, internal upgrade to lighting, mechanical services, ICT, wall fabrics,floor coverings, insulation, joinery and hardware, external decking. Section of external asbestos cladding removed and replaced with weatherboard cladding; minor roof extension/soffit extension. Removal of existing boiler radiators and replacement with heat pumps.
