Project Tui | Warehouse & Office – Napier
This development consists of a 7,442m2 industrial warehouse & office which includes the following spaces:
Warehouse – 3,884m2 with concrete floors, 600mm high block walls, Aluminium windows, corrugated wall cladding and Kingspan roofing panel. Wet processing area of 1,404m2 with a future are of 666m2 with a concrete floor ready to start shortly. Other areas included Retorts 484m2, Loading canopies 389m2, Tempering area 264m2, Inwards staging 103m2, & Waste room 48m2.
A stand-alone double story office block was constructed beside warehouse consisting of ground floor footprint of 200m2 with another 200m2 up stair area as well.
Overall, the project took 157 working days to complete the base build part of the project ready for the new tenants to move in and complete their own fit outs.In total the project duration was 367 days which included 35 EOT days.
The project started on the 12th July 2022 with hard stand already in place so whole site was ready for the foundations to be dug. The whole project ended up taking …. Working days to complete and we completed the project on the 17th August 2023 with PC achieved.
