The East & West Tranche Social Housing project was a tender package of 5 social housing complexes involving 135 units that required earthquake repair works and refurbishment works.

Each of the social housing units were completed in staged works, to ensure that the tenants were moved out in stages and that the client did not have to provide all tenants with accommodation at one time.

The general scope of works for each set of units consisted of remedial repair works, re-gib, painting, electrical test & replacement, plumbing check and replacement, floor coverings, new roofing (on some units), asbestos testing & removal, exterior painting and landscaping works.
