The project comprises of a 4500m2 warehouse, built from structural steel frame, with precast concrete panels framing the outer shell.

A two level office block attached to the warehouse with an overall area of 400m2, incorporating exterior architectural louvres which compliments the project.

The yard comprises of 2000m2 reinforced yard slab for freight trucks and car parking for up to 30 vehicles.

The office involved coordination between base build and tenant fit out requirements. The office had large amount of aluminium joinery, sun shades and internal partitioning with suspended ceilings, paint finished walls and various floor finishes.
