This project comprises a 16 storey structure using precast floor and wall panels and aluminium glazing to apartment front elevations. A total of 157 units are provided on site. The building was erected on top of the operating Heritage Hotel underground Carpark which, naturally, required special care and planning to complete in an efficient and safe manner.
