The project involved the seismic upgrading and repair to 21 HNZ units. The units were upgraded to make them compliant with seismic requirements of the building code. Steel cleats were installed at various locations and additional reinforced foundation beams were completed to each unit.

The units were repaired and upgraded. This involved the installation of new Hardieglaze to the bathrooms, painting to all walls and ceilings, new flooring (carpet and vinyl), new electrics where this was previously not installed up to HNZ standards and many other trades to get them ready for occupation.
