The Client required the construction of a new 1,578 m2 coolsotre with a structural steel frame to support a condensing unit within the coolstore. The structure was divided into three separate coolstores using internal walls.
A new 527 m2 canopy extension was also required which incorporated a steel portal structure with an evaporator support frame above and an under-slung roof which included clearlight roofing. A 6-metre-wide concrete slab running the length of the coolstore was also constructed.
