A Design and Build 6000m2 warehouse with 400m2 office area over two levels with extensive parking and landscaped areas. The project was a design and build contract for Goodman. Constructed using Structural Steel, Pre cast panelling, Iron roof and cladding and a PT warehouse slab. The office was built open plan to allow future tenant full range of options.
