This project started with the Demolition of the existing Garden Centre & Café.
We then replaced the existing Garden Centre with a new enclosed extended retail centre which connects to the existing, with a new concrete floor, precast concrete walls, steel structure & iron clad roofing and new building services.
Construction of a new open aired Garden Centre with precast concrete walls, incorporating mesh screens in the panels, and steel roof structure with 50% covered drainage.
Construction of a new café shell for fit out by other contractors.
Approximately 3800mc extension with approximately 2000mc of asphalt to carpark.
