This project consists of moving the old Omokoroa Pavilion from beside the tennis courts to over beside the main Western Ave Road. The house movers lifted the old building off its original piles and moved it to its new position and placed it back down on new piles. Watts & Hughes involvement on this project was to re-install the decks and stairs and create a new accessible ramp from the back door of the Pavilion to the existing foot path running along the main road. Watts & Hughes also completed a full repaint to the inside and outside of the building and we also repainted the roof.
