Watts & Hughes were selected as the main contractor to carry out the construction of the new 2 level Sport Pavilion, Community Library & Western Bay of Plenty District Council Satellite Office.

The Sports Pavilion is 422m2 which includes a large activity space for indoors bowls and table tennis. Also changing rooms, storage space, social area, kitchen and bathrooms.

The Community Library & Western Bay of Plenty District Council Satellite Office is 209m2 which includes library, meeting rooms and garage.
