Watts & Hughes completed the new build, high-end architectural structure for the client and tenant and due to our success in finishing on time and on budget, the client negotiated Watts & Hughes into preferred contractor status due to their pricing and non-price attributes. The tenant and architect wanted a bespoke fitout with unique features.

Opus as both the tenant and the client, required high end architectural finishes to the fitout of the building. This incorporated the use of coreten steel, cedar, designer green walls and the like. The scope of works included high quality painting and decorating, floor coverings mechanical & electrical services, plumbing, fire protection services and amenities.

The health and well-being of the building occupants was a key design consideration with all workstations and hallways having access to natural lighting and views. Staff areas on the ground floor include locker rooms and showers. The offices were open plan with central core lifts and feature stairwells.
