The Regent of Rotorua complex is located on the western side of Pukaki Street, within central Rotorua and approximately 450 meters south of Lake Rotorua Lakefront. The existing hotel complex features three separate dwellings with a centrally focused internal courtyard. The project involved a new double-story building consisting of twelve visitor accommodation ensuite studio units of circa 30sqm each. The new building is to achieve a minimum of up to a 4.5-star hotel rating.
