Removal and replacement of existing roof membrane on Scenic Hotel, Queen Street, Auckland. The hotel remained in operation throughout the contract period and works were arranged to start and finish as required to suit the client’s needs. Access to the roof level was restricted and required well co-ordinated road closure / crane handling to enable sufficient materials and plant to be lifted to the roof top for the works to continue.
