Watts & Hughes were selected as the main contractor to build the new Tairua Marina Clubroom Building. This building houses a restaurant and bar along with the clubroom comprising an area of approximately 210 m2.
There is also an outside deck area overlooking the Tairua marina and Tairua harbour, plus a marine shop space of approximately 114 m2 which is ideally suited for a diving, fishing and/or chandlery type of operation.
