This project consisted of 3000m2 warehouse with 400m2 of office space. The construction was made up of Structural Steel; Pre cast panels, speed floor system, Iron roof and cladding with a PT slab. The office involved co-ordination between base build and tenant fit out requirements. The office had large amount of aluminium joinery, sun shades and internal partitioning with suspended ceilings, paint finished walls and various floor finishes.
