The project consists of 39,000m2 of warehouse and 2,000m2 of offices and ancillary structures, total earthworks area of 139,000m2. The warehouse will have a Post Tension concrete floor system and large welded structural portals with precast wall panels and coloursteel cladding. All services will be provided under our contract including security, data and audio.

Watts & Hughes secured this project through a competitive tender process and were novated the existing earthworks contract package which was separately tendered to Downer NZ. The overall project will achieve a Greenstar accreditation of 4 stars. Project duration is 56 weeks with 9 critical milestone dates to achieve client supplied equipment installation. Combined contract value is $65.2 million.
