15 storey boutique hotel at 31 Beach Road in the heart of Auckland’s regenerating Britomart Precinct

The contract works included:

• The demolition and removal of the existing building at 29 Beach Road, Auckland.

• The demolition and removal of the existing concrete slab and foundation at 31 Beach Road, Auckland.

• Structural strengthening and waterproofing of the existing party wall between 29 and 27 Beach Road, Auckland.

• Structural strengthening and temporary protection of the existing building at 27 Beach Road, Auckland.

The construction of a 15-storey hotel building as well as civil works and landscaping associated with the hotel development.
