This project comprised of the complete removal of existing exterior cladding, making good to rotten timber, applying “frame saver” coating, replacing insulation as necessary and recladding with current water proofing details and using cavity construction. Works were undertaken sequentially with tenants at Moira Road relocating as necessary to make units available and to occupy finished residences.
