The project involved the upgrading of the existing ablution facility at Pilot Bay.
Externally new windows, doors, benches and a canopy were fitted and the outside was painted.
Internally new shower cubicles and partitions were fitted as well as new toilet pans, kitchen and bathroom benches. New ceilings were installed as well as new floor coatings and the entire inside was painted.
