The Silverdale Medical Centre is a modern, purpose-built facility offering a full range of medical services. This project comprises 2 floor levels of 1500m2 each. The existing roof has been constructed such that it can be raised and thereby  provide a future 3rd floor. The building construction is insitu concrete columns with structural steel frame and precast concrete flooring.  The Roof is long run metal and the exterior cladding is a combination of precast panels, aluminium joinery and aluminium composite sheeting.  A special feature of the exterior envelope is the use of a German Terra Cotta Tile rain screen which provides a unique, functional and decorative finish to the building.  Split level, on-grade parking provides space for 90 vehicles and the site has been attractively landscaped throughout.   Silverdale Medical Centre tenants include Company Health, Specialists @ Silverdale, Silverdale Family Dentists, Coast Physiotherapy, Mercy Radiology and the Silverdale Clinic Pharmacy.
